Time per length and length per time are not necessarily well-defined in modern classical physics, both being seen as the same thing. However, what if Time per Length is different from its reciprocal?
Time-per-length could be called time-space, while length-per-time could be called space-frequency.
Time-space is time proper, as in ever-growing-older, and ever-impermanent, while its length cycles to have wave-number. Therefore, Time-Space can be seen as a sort of destiny, filling each time with a certain amount of lengths. Time-space is like the precession of the Zodiac with each sign in the zodiac being given a specific time to each length of the houses of the zodiac. This is cyclical length with rectilinear time or angular velocity.
Space-frequency can be seen as the eternal present in time yet a ever-replicating length. Space-Frequency can be seen as a sort of cycling time through a single length, which each cycle causes the length to repeat itself due to fitting only an allotted frequency to an allotted length. Space-frequency is like a rolling ball. Obeying Newton’s Laws of Motion, it follows a straight line with a certain momentum and it will keep moving forward indefinitely in an ideal vacuum and lack of friction. The rolling of the ball is the function of frequency, while the distance it covers is due to length paired with frequency. This is cyclical time with rectilinear length,or linear velocity.
Both of these types of motion follow Newton’s Laws, but they differ qualitatively. Time-space is necessarily cyclical in length, while Space-frequency is linear in length. Therefore, space-frequency is linear velocity, while time-space is angular velocity.
