Where did TBP find this image of the galactic center?

Where did TBP find this image of the galactic center?

In a recent episode of Space News on the TBP YouTube channel, I saw this time-lapse (radio?) telescopic image of the center of the Milky Way galaxy.

Where did this image come from?
I'd like to know if there are any mainstream papers discussing this observation, so we can see exactly what type of mental gymnastics they have to perform to maintain black hole theory.

The time-lapse is from ESO:
