rickard,
I am not sure what you are looking for...
Beginner's Guide...
Essential Guide....
misconceptions...
Synopsis

I would recommend reading the book:
The Electric Sky by Don Scott
Apparently the price of the book has skyrocketed. It is available on Kindle.
Don Scott has a site which has much of the book as well as papers and articles that are not in the book, however at the time of my writing this, the site was down.
