If the Earth's core solidified

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light?

If the Earth's core solidified

How would it impact the magnetic field? If Earth's magnetic field is created through Birkeland currents, would it even have any significant impact whatsoever?

Is it not solid? The liquid core is only a theory, and is open to question.

You would have Mars >

The magnetosphere of Mars is far simpler and less extensive than that of the Earth
As magnetic field lines cannot pass through electrically conductive objects (such as Mars), they drape themselves around the planet creating a magnetosphere, even if the planet does not necessarily have a global magnetic field.
More solid is more conductive.

It is not a dynamo effect, it depends on how much charge an object can recycle at any given time.

hi,

I guess there is not core in Earth.
I wrote few articles about Earth.
