Though I'd take issue with their over-simplified definition of Plasma:

A fourth state of matter (in addition to solid, liquid, and gas) that exists in space. In this state, atoms are positively charged and share space with free negatively charged electrons. Plasma can conduct electricity and interact strongly with electric and magnetic fields. The solar wind is actually hot plasma blowing from the sun. See magnetosphere.

Perhaps a minor quibble, but there can also be negatively charged atoms (in the case of those species which have one or more extra electrons, for some reason) which participate in plasma interactions. Granted the usual definition deals more with atoms that are "so hot they're stripped of electrons" in which case the above quote applies. Keeping in mind that there are "fully-ionized plasmas" (hot plasmas), "partially-ionized plasmas" (sometimes called warm plasmas), and weakly-ionized plasmas (cold plasmas).
