Life on Venus and in the Sun

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light?

Life on Venus and in the Sun

Unread post by Atlas » Sun Aug 16, 2009 3:46 pm

A look at our inner solar system shows us the progression of the planets and their life cycle. The asteroid belt is what is left of a planet that was torn apart long ago. Mars is the husk that was once vibrant with the many colors of life. Earth is the oldest planet which still has life on it. It is old, and bears the signs of a planet that is almost past its times. Our short lifespans, the inability to sustain large creatures which once roamed the planet, a large population that has been given free reign to do what they will with the planet with no consequence to our actions. We've been loosed upon the Earth, yet we have been kept ignorant of our past. If we knew the truth of our situation we would not have a world such as we do. Soon enough our world will pass.

We say that we know Venus has no life, but who has given us evidence of this claim other than the ones who keep us in ignorance? We cannot see under the clouds. And the planet, to those on the surface, is in the same state of perfection that our ancestors claim to remember. One would think it is too hot but cold and warmth are relative to the one experiencing them. And finally the Sun is where the magic takes place, that we recall from ages past. Where the elements rain down from the electric sky that makes them and they are used to perform miracles. The light from the poles, the perpetual summer. These are the many levels of Heaven that so many recall, and to fall from grace means to grow further from the center, eventually falling away into the darkness if that's your fate.

Just some food for thought.
We are never at home, we are always beyond. Fear, desire, hope, project us toward the future and steal from us the feeling and consideration of what is, to busy us with what will be, even when we shall no longer be.
