proof that ancients knew stars were electric?

Many Internet forums have carried discussion of the Electric Universe hypothesis. Much of that discussion has added more confusion than clarity, due to common misunderstandings of the electrical principles. Here we invite participants to discuss their experiences and to summarize questions that have yet to be answered.

"There is a body which encloses all things. You must conceive the shape of that body as circular; for such is the shape ofthe universe....below the circle are the Decans...they retard the all enclosing body, for that body would move with extreme velocity if left to itself, but they urge on the seven other circles, because these circles move with a slower movement than the circle of the universe. "

Decans are elsewere called stars, and the seven circles are previously described as the several circles of sun, moon, and five planets.

Do you agree that if the magnetic field of some star(s) was driving up rotation of the solar system(or helical rotation of sun around some axis), then that motion must be at the expense of sun's motion around galactic center? Or else the stars magnetic field must have magically increased the solar systems kinetic energy.
