Never mind the anecdote about the origin for the name "axion," which I found really amusing, but I just couldn't help but laugh that axions still remain a viable candidate for dark matter particles, despite *12 years* of finding absolutely nothing. They're also going to use this to try to detect chameleon particles. I don't think that's going to go very well either...
