Why planet central plasmoid z-pinch at solar system plane?

magnetic pinch along Birkeland current flowing through planet forms central plasmoid, generating toroidal magnetic field. what is the reason the magnetic pinch forms at the plane of the solar system?

Or does a "pinch" happen the other way around ?
Along linear magnetic field structures of a larger galactic-scale there would be charge flowing parallel to the magnetic field (as it will do in plasmas), with the pinch then being a twist or 'eddy' in the electric current ?
Electric charge is often seen to accumulate and organize at conducting points and intersections, while the local magnetic field generated by an electric current will rotate around that current.

btw, the Stubblefield paper you linked in that Net Talk post is a timeless classic and deserves a look, if for the images alone.

The Z-pinch predisposes local matter to accrete in a disk... in the absence of charged "plates" in space, this would occur along conducting "strings" of plasma, supporting the observation of galactic grouping, especially along Galactic axes (a la Arp's quantized ionizing redshifts). The accretion processes themselves would tend to organize somewhat "chaotic" local matter in the same general region as the disk, and for the same reasons, producing the smaller stellar centers, themselves organizing the local "planetary" matter in the disk region.

In his "Filaments" paper, Charles Chandler (who has an impressive model to explain lightning) said: "An electric current actually prefers a vacuum,6 and would evacuate the material in a filament by ohmic heating. So electric currents neither prefer filaments, nor cause them. Rather, the filaments are caused by their electrostatic properties."

Then he went on to explain plausibly how the electrostatic properties form filaments in space at http://qdl.scs-inc.us/?top=15482 . The z-pinch is not the force involved. He said, "filaments themselves are the currents. But note that the current isn't all going in the same direction — in an imploding current, the two halves of the current are moving in opposite directions toward the center." He compared the imploding filament to a rubber band stretched from both ends and let go, whereby the ends move toward the central point of the band. He added, "And while moving charged particles generate magnetic fields, like charges moving in opposite directions generate fields that repel each other. (See Figure 6.) This has many implications, which need to be considered in turn." And from there he explained how the magnetic and electric forces should form the laterally imploding ion streams into spherical stars and planets or into ring stars that are similar to tokamaks, i.e. particle colliders, with shorter lifespans than normal stars/planets.
