If the moon was made of plasma, don't you think everyone would see the movement of plasma similar to how we see the plasma of the Sun? Nothing would appear to be staying still on the moon. Not to mention we would detect the intense heat from the moon if it was made of plasma. If there is a plasma on the moon, at best it would be a thin layer of plasma from the Sun's solar wind trapped due to moons gravity and intrinsic electric charge.
