old language letter

Hello
So i was looking into a native Language here in North Africa , which is called Kabyle
And noticed that the alphabet has a letter with the typical form and shape of an electrical discharge !

The last letter is the one i am referring to , so i hope this can provide David Talbott with a clue and it may help him
