Resolving Rhea
The large oval crater also seems to have a hexagon shape. Some of the other smaller ones as well.

Re: Resolving Rhea
When posting here, Jacmac, can you link to the TPOD you are referring to.
Just to save us having to search for what you are referring to. Thanks
I'm presuming this is it.

The largest crater I see in the picture, looks almost heart shaped to me.
A lot of the smaller craters look hexagonal, with a mountain or hill precisely in the centers of them.

Re: Resolving Rhea
Sorry about that.
Here is the page where the hexagram shapes are more visible.
It was about half way into the Resolving Rhea TPOD.

Re: Resolving Rhea
For the purpose of clarity we should link to the TPOD under discussion, but there is one caveat (which does not apply to the TPOD in this thread.)When posting here, Jacmac, can you link to the TPOD you are referring to.
When linking to "today's" TPOD, whatever the day, the link will not be permanent. The link will always take you to the newest TPOD.
here is an example:
http://www.thunderbolts.info/wp/daily-tpod/
For today (Nov. 24) this link is to "Auroral Arrangement", but tomorrow it will take us to tomorrow's TPOD whatever that may be.
"Auroral Arrangement" will then be archived and given a different/permanent link.
