A “solar wind,” or dark mode electric discharge radiating from the Sun, blows outward at approximately 700 kilometers per second. You will find that the solar wind actually decelerates slightly on it's way past the planets. This is due to interstellar pickup ions mass loading the wind, and was measured by Voyager. The acceleration of the wind takes place close to the sun.
Another error here is the speed, which averages closer to 440 km/s in the ecliptic plane. Fast wind from the poles (or from coronal holes at lower latitude during solar maxima) can reach 700 km/s and higher.

SSIf the Sun is the local focus of a galactic discharge then the heliospheric double layer forms the “virtual cathode” to the Sun’s corona discharge current. Almost the entire voltage drop between the Sun and the interstellar plasma will occur across this distant plasma sheath.
Already we have strong evidence that the solar plasma conforms to the expectations of this model [The Electric Sun]. It is the only model that can explain the strange constant deceleration of Pioneer 10 as it moved away from the Sun. See Mystery Solved. It is the only model that can explain the continued acceleration of the solar wind out among the planets. It is the only model that naturally requires a hot corona above a cool surface of the Sun. The solar wind is quite variable. However i have seen no evidence for "continued acceleration past the planets". If you wish to explain the acceleration of the solar wind with a potential drop and electric field, that needs to be very close to the sun, as that is where the acceleration of the solar wind takes place.

Pic titled Number Three: the descriptions of planetary birth seem to describe what Milton/DeGrazie wrote. Planets being birthed from the sun. And of course O Manuel's description of the ordered elements in the sun's shell are nothing more than the result of a controlled nova--controlled how? by a magnetic wrap of extraordinary power.

I wonder what a "controlled nova" is? In common parlance, a nova takes place when matter accretes to the surface of a white dwarf star. That is supposed to create a fusion explosion.
Stars are most likely the loci of intergalactic Birkeland current filaments that have been pumped with so much charge that they've formed Bennett pinches along their lengths. In that sense, stars aren't objects at all, they're regions of increased plasma concentration driven by external power.
