Evidence for Martian life/civilization

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light?

@s
G, Wouldn't something as powerful as an electrical plasma discharge just blast this kind of material to smithereens ?
Arc mode shatters, but dark or glow mode, with pulsing and/or modulation? If this were an area that was at the heart of a plasma stream contact with the surface, then I don't think it possible to predict what such a melee of E/M forces could create, but that canyon looks to me to be only explainable by such a process.
I'm pretty sure we would see similar or even more fantastic formations on Mars if they could ever create a rover capable of visiting the more rugged areas, but it would need to be one capable of hovering over such areas, and not riding on the surface.
In order to change an existing paradigm you do not struggle to try and change the problematic model. You create a new model and make the old one obsolete. -Buckminster Fuller

What about this one:

Options:
1) Nasa transported it there so we could find it
2) bored nasa workers mad photoshop skillz
3) its real
4) the rover is in Central america

my bet is that they wont bother trying to get a close up. Its just DARK rock.
its all lies.

No real clue. There appears to be at least one human or hominid skull in the same image so the area may have been a burial ground of some sort.

No shortage of real rocks on Mars but also many broken-up slabs of walls and foundations including many things which look like flag-stones or paving stones. This item shows three such stones with a piece of either hose, tubing or wire of some sort extending off to one side, definitely something you don't see in nature.

Much if not most of Mars looks like this. No evidence that I can see of electrical scarring in that one, more like the whole planet was just picked up and shaken, bits and pieces of everything lying around everywhere.
